Guide to Building and Planning Law

This page presents readers with abstracts of the main planning and building laws and gives an overlook of the main concepts and phrases used in these laws.

The first part presents a summary of the planning and building law, including a chapter that is related to national, regional, and local Master and Detailed plans.  A detailed explanation of  national infrastructure plans, penalties and violations of these planning and building laws, and information regarding confiscation of land and houses is given.

The second part provides a visual presentation that explains main phrases used in planning and building laws.  The presentation includes information such as How to object to specific laws.  Examples of presenting objections to plans are also given. The presentation provides a general explanation to the .public in simple, lay terms
